Stephanie Keefer is the CRM Success Coordinator for iMagicLab. She assists dealerships just starting with DealerCRM by providing personally tailored support and additional training after the onsite trainer leaves. Her history is mainly with customer and technical support. She has an associate's degree in computer systems and previously worked in technical support for Scholastic.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys learning the ukulele and watching Doctor Who.
