Shawn has been in customer support for over 10 years. He has done a mix of everything from logistics to collections. Shawn has Customer Support experience in a variety of industries including Spare Parts Sales, Help Desk, Credit Support and Collections. He has worked for industry giants such as EBay, Visa International and PayPal. Shawn is currently attending Tesst College working on a Computer networking degree.

In his spare time Shawn is a movie buff and enjoys strategy games. He enjoys hunting, camping, fishing and outdoor activities.
