Brian Clifft, a 17 year professional of the automotive industry, began his career with great fervor claiming Salesperson of the Year honors two out of his first three years with Jimmy Payne Mazda in Jackson, TN. In only his second year he was ranked among the top 20 Mazda Sales Consultants in the country.
In 1997, the beautiful Florida weather lured him to Orlando where he joined Bill Brown Mazda Volkswagen, Audi; and earned his first Sales Management opportunity. Brian eventually chose to move into luxury automotive retail where he joined Orlando Infiniti in 1999. His proven skills as a Sales Consultant earned him yet another Salesperson of the Year award in just his second year. During his third year he accepted an offer to create and manage the store's first Business Development Center. His BDC efforts increased sales volume by 67% in its first year alone. After three years of running a successful BDC; Brian was finally able to bring his technology background full circle by becoming Orlando Infiniti's Internet Director. This allowed him to integrate both the BDC and the Internet Sales Team. He quickly established the Internet Department as one of Infiniti's best in the country; consistently maintaining low response times, high closing ratios, and maximized profit potentials. Many of his Internet processes and guidelines are still widely embraced and utilized today.
It was also during this time that Brian first became affiliated with iMagicLab. He implemented iMagicLab's ILM tool for his Internet Department which they successfully used for two years. He then upgraded and transitioned into iMagicLab's CRM tool for the entire dealership.
In April 2009 that Brian chose to join iMagicLab as National Trainer. He has shared his personal knowledge of the software and industry best practices with thousands of users in dealerships all across the country. And in December 2010, as a result of his tireless dedication and overall success that the users and dealers have achieved under his tutelage, Brian was asked to become the Director of Training. And in January 2012 Brian also accepted the responsibility of guiding our Customer Care division into the future as well.
Brian is happily married to his wife Melinda and they enjoy the company of their two Yorkshire Terriers. Being avid animal lovers; both he and Melinda regularly participate in charitable activities for the American Humane Society. In his spare time Brian enjoys billiards and has been ranked as one of Florida's Top Ten Best Amateur Players by the Billiard Congress of America.
